Jerry Martinez joined the Amwins family in 2006 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing. He leads the sales team responsible for delivering products and services through the exclusive independent agency channel. Together with his team, Jerry focuses on direct marketing initiatives, agent education, strategic partnerships, and client retention to help drive agency growth and long-term success.
Outside of work, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
Ana Porry

Ana Porry began her insurance career in 1990 while working at an insurance agency and earning her bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University. Throughout her career, she has specialized in Property & Casualty insurance, partnering with Florida-based insurance companies to support agents and clients across the state. She joined Amwins in 2018 as a Florida Marketing Representative.
Ana is inspired each day by her husband, William, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, photography, and cheering on her children at sporting events.

Aneyri began her insurance career in the non-standard auto insurance industry in 2016 and has developed expertise in underwriting, sales, and marketing. As a bilingual professional, she enjoys partnering with independent agencies of all sizes to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Aneyri enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending live concerts.
Araceli Hernandez
Licensing and Compliance Manager
Araceli Hernandez began her insurance career more than 27 years ago, working at an insurance agency and gaining experience in a variety of roles across the industry. She has been with Amwins Specialty Auto for the past 15 years, where she enjoys partnering with independent agents and building strong, lasting relationships. Her extensive industry knowledge and commitment to exceptional service make her a trusted resource for agency partners.
Outside of work, Araceli enjoys traveling, cooking, and seeking out new experiences.
