24/7 roadside assistance
Networks of authorized service professionals are available around the clock, 365 days per year, to assist you in the event of a roadside emergency.
- Membership Coverage - Covers vehicle, regardless of who is driving.
- Towing Assistance - The member’s disabled vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility or destination of choice. Winching service is now included.
- Battery Service - If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start the member’s vehicle.
- Flat Tire Assistance - In the event of a flat tire, the flat will be removed and the inflated spare tire will be installed. If a working spare is not available, towing will be provided.
- Emergency Fluid Delivery Service - An emergency supply of up to 3 gallons of gasoline, oil, fluid or water will be delivered to the member if the vehicle is in immediate need. Member must pay for the fuel or other fluid upon delivery.
- Lock-Out Assistance - If the member’s keys are locked inside the vehicle, assistance gaining entry to the vehicle will be provided. Proof of vehicle ownership required.
- Hotel and Rental Car Discounts - Members are eligible to receive discounts on rental vehicles and hotel reservations.
*Texas & Oklahoma Limits: $75 per occurrence limit, 3 benefit occurrences per 12 month term.
*Florida Limits: $75 per occurrence limit, 3 benefit occurrences per 12 month term.
